Shipping policy

Home Ground products are made to order. Each shirt is printed for you after you order, which means there is a short production time before it ships.

Production time. Orders are produced in 4 to 5 business days before they ship. 

Shipping time. After production, delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5 to 12 business days. 

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping rate applied. 

Tracking. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Delays. Production and carrier times are estimates, not guarantees. Made-to-order items can occasionally take longer during high-volume periods or holidays.

Wrong or damaged items. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days at https://homegroundmaps.com/pages/contact and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.
